Fourth Coffee

Quarta Caffè was born in the 1950s with a small roastery located inside a bar in the historic center of Lecce. Since the early years, the roasting has stood out for the high quality of the coffee produced which is destined to become the symbolic coffee of Salento. Thus was born the historic Avio blend, dedicated to the color of the uniforms of the officers of the Galatina airport who often stopped by to taste their beloved coffee. The fame of Quarta Caffè continues to grow and thanks to the success of the product, the demand increases together with the increase in sales.
