Grandma Lena

Grandma Lena

Terre salentine began its activity in 2020, but do not mislead this date: we are in the third generation of passion for the territory, for its land, for its products.
Antonella Piscopiello and Vincenzo Lacatena bring carry on a tradition that has its roots in the past: a farm started by their respective grandparents and masterfully carried on by their parents.
A perfect union, therefore, between experience and youthful freshness. Freshness that goes hand in hand with the products they treat.
The cultivation and harvesting of the land's products is entrusted to the strong and expert hands of skilled farmers; their skilled hands are reserved for the selection to choose the best product up to the potting and labeling. A mix of craftsmanship (in the sense of dexterity) and scientificity (in the sense of rigorousness of the methods used).
Here you can breathe everywhere perfumes that over the years have not disappeared but, rather, the wisdom and mastery have intensified.
It is precisely this bond with the territory and its traditions that prompted Antonella and Vincenzo to take up and revisit the recipes of "Nonna Lena" in a modern key, where the genuineness of the product counts as much as the experience, transforming simple products into superb foods.
“Nonna Lena” is not a brand. “Nonna Lena” is an art.
“Nonna “Lena” is the culture of a people, the Salento people, which, thanks to the tenacity and passion of people like Antonella and Vincenzo, link the past to the present, building a solid bridge towards the future.

“I believe that having land and not ruining it is the most beautiful form of art one could wish for”. Andy Warhal
