The green of the Verdeca bunches dominates the future root of a wine that takes its name from the color of the grapes that announce it.

In fact, thinking about it a bit, it is written Verdeca, but it could be pronounced with a sound that is its synonym: that of the summer breeze, which brings with it many fragrances and wherever it creeps it is sensual, necessary like that destiny that human beings expect to see around the corner. Colour: straw yellow with delicate greenish reflections.

Nose: intense and persistent. Fruity with clear hints of quince. Floral with elderberry and peach flowers. Characteristic balsamic aftertaste with rosemary and sage.

Palate: intense with a clear sensation of freshness and a light aromatic note. Bewitching and very persistent aftertaste, with good retro-olfactory complexity.
