Located in the Vernole - Lecce area, a few kilometers from the medieval village of Acaya and the Cesine nature reserve, in the heart of Salento, it was born with a zootechnical focus with the production of 0 km cheeses prepared with traditional methods of the past for then also support the production of extra virgin olive oil BIO & D.O.P.
    
 “The Cinque Santi farm”, which belonged to the Salesian Institute of SS. Redentore, as reported in a manuscript from the 1800s, "is located on a hill to the left of the public road before entering VERNOLE" and can be easily reached from the provincial road that passes nearby and from the municipal roads.
The Masseria "Cinque Santi ” is the traditional short-chain livestock company, whose flock of sheep and goats at the end of milking is led by the shepherd to pasture, free to feed on wild herbs of the Salento and Mediterranean flora and the Friesian cows, in a semi-wild state, feed with fodder from the company's organic crops.
