Agricola Ambrata - Birra Salento - is a typical product of German origin characterized by pronounced malty tones. The color ranges from deep amber to dark copper, with an ivory-colored foam.

The malt used gives this beer notes of bread crust, caramel and dried fruit, plum on the finish. The bitterness supports the flavors of the malt while allowing the sweetness to remain on the finish.
