Schola Sarmenti was born in 2000 from a dream, transformed into an intense scent of freshly pressed wine, the scent of the first harvest. In June, when the sun begins to warm up, expert farmers thin out the bunches, leaving only a few specimens on the plants. An ancient method that abandons quantity in the name of a quality that is the pride of all the efforts and the soul of the great wines of Schola Sarmenti.
