Greco di Tufo DOCG is a wine that is part of the selection by Claudio Quarta, produced from 100% Greco grapes from the small vineyard in the Borgo Antico di San Paolo (Tuff).
Ideal with seafood dishes, cheeses of various ages and white first courses, the Greco di Tufo DOCG wine is characterized by a straw-yellow color with slight golden hues.
The nose is intensely expressed with all its elegance with a swing of sensations of bergamot, Chinese mandarin, wisteria, magnolia, white winter melon, white mulberry, nectarine, thyme, sage and a pinch of white pepper, enriched by beautiful mineral tones of flint.
The sip of Greco di Tufo DOCG is enveloping, velvety, warm and well distinguished by citrus and fruity notes, framed by a decisive vegetable imprint and pinched by freshness and flavor.
