from the Adriatic to the Ionian

It all starts InMare, in the truest sense of the word. In the waters of Gallipoli, precisely in Torre Suda, two kilometers from the coast, fourteen maxi cages in the open sea host a characteristic breeding of sea bass, sea bream and croaker. Each tank is a gigantic marine aquarium, 20 meters wide and the same depth, inhabited by adult fish and baby fish weighing 2 grams. In this fish nursery, each species enjoys the exceptional meal offered by the crystalline waters of the Mediterranean, integrated in a wise and eco-sustainable way by the company.
