Truffle Cheese   - Masseria Cinque Santi is a Salento cheese produced with a mixture of whole cow's and sheep's milk with the addition of top quality black summer truffle cut into thin slices, which makes it unique and unmistakable aroma and flavor.

Use: excellent to accompany truffle-based menus, to prepare delicious cold or hot croutons with homemade bread. Also interesting as a condiment for baked first courses.

Pairings: ideal with a well-structured white wine with low-medium alcohol content.

Conservation: in the fridge at +10 and kept at room temperature at least one hour before consumption, so that the paste softens and the aromas are released to the fullest.
