The right degree of ripeness of the olives, the manual harvesting, the cold pressing within 12 hours and the natural decantation keep the aromas and organoleptic properties unaltered, giving it a lovely fruity aroma. It is suggested to serve this real olive juice raw on meat, fish and vegetables.
