Elfo Negroamaro - Salento IGP is characterized by a coral red color with coppery reflections and a delicate but strong taste, soft and balanced with good acidity and persistence in the mouth.
Light, fresh, fruity with perfectly balanced hints of raspberry and cherry, this Salento wine is perfectly suited to be enjoyed with appetizers (cold cuts, ham), meat-based pasta and fish dishes (seafood salad, grilled fish soups and broths).

Alcohol content: 12%.

Features: Coral pink color with a very intense and fragrant aroma with notes of wild berries and cherry. Dry and soft taste, with a good balance, accompanied by a persistent freshness given by the marked acidity.

Pairings: Aperitif and appetizer wine. Excellent with cold cuts, cheeses, seafood salads and grilled fish.
