It has a cylindrical shape of variable sizes, with flat faces with a diameter of 14÷18 cm.
The rind is slightly wrinkled (due to the signs of the fuscelle), very thin, elastic, light straw yellow in colour; the texture is instead compact, white or straw yellow in colour, soft and elastic.
